Why Wellness Add-Ons on Retreat?
The retreat environment is uniquely suited for these therapies. You're already resting, eating clean, sleeping well, and doing deep emotional work. Adding targeted nutritional and peptide support during this window can amplify the physical recovery that accompanies the psychological work.
Think of it as upgrading the hardware while the retreat upgrades the software. All services are physician-supervised and administered in the comfort of your villa.
IV Drip Infusions
NAD+ Infusion ($350)
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell of your body. It plays a critical role in energy production, DNA repair, and cellular signaling. NAD+ levels decline with age, stress, and poor sleep — all of which are common in people arriving at a retreat.

Myers' Cocktail ($175)

A Note on Evidence
We're transparent about the evidence base for each service. Some (NAD+, Myers' Cocktail, BPC-157) have robust clinical research supporting their use.
